Late on 14 October, an incoming call, on the second line of my Line2 account, looped. This loop filled the Incoming Call cache and stopped all incoming and outgoing service to both numbers. This was an inconvenience, as I am a small business owner and rely upon Line2 for business communication needs.

I contacted Customer Support four times, before service was finally restored.

During that time identical sums of $50.08 were removed from my business banking account. Although Line2 Customer Service could not return my calls, or service, during that time, the Billing Department was happy to charge me TWO times for identical cash amounts.

After service was restored and the fourth email sent, I received an email stating that the problem was my fault, because I had not earlier changed my settings.

In fact, I have changed nothing in my settings, since having started this service, years ago. How, then, does this issue become my fault?

In the not-too-distant past, I have spent weeks, trying to get my Line2 incoming calls to reach me. Always, I have left it to the Customer Support staff to perform their functions - even when my patience was at an end. At one point, I was reprimanded for my attitude, following weeks of obtuse responses to my queries for assistance.

And, it seems that the ONLY one, who actually did anything to finally get my calls to ring through, actually contributed to this mess.

I have now been cordially invited to port my number elsewhere, or surrender the two separate, identical (to the penny) amounts.

I am only a veteran, trying to operate a very small business on a shoestring budget. All I ask is reliable phone service. Failing that, a knowledgeable staff, having some degree of professionalism would be a boon.

I want my phone to work, as I was promised it would upon remittal of my monthly fees. I want the money, which was fraudulently taken from my bank account replaced.

And, as of today, my password no longer grants access to its associated account, also. It should be inconceivable that the entire staff of one company would, unknowingly, drop the ball in each and every aspect of its services.
