free trial, just pay postage. Sample product arrives, month later, second product arrives (totally different product from sample). Then GBP74.95 taken from back account 4/10/11. Tried to call phone number on statement to cancel. Surprise call drops out every time i try. Sent off note through their contact site to cancel. Again surprise today 20/10/11 another GBP 51.00 taken from my account and no product arrived. How do i stop this????

- Hi - I had a very similar thing happen to me. You must first of all tell you bank that this is an unauthorised transaction - in other words a scam! They will no doubt tell you that you have taken out a subscription with this company! You will have to contact them directly - ask the bank what information they have - these people operate under several trading names. The one I bought from was Eastern Western Wellness Florida, other names The Health Diet Store and owned by Gen-X Concepts LLC. I managed to get a telephone number whereby someone answered try - 0207 979 2667 - you will probably be directed to the US - no doubt at premium rates. If you get through explain that you want to cancel this order and any other transactions and demand a full refund on any money taken. Get a name and a policy number and confirmation of this cancellation. My bank cancelled my debit card and have blocked any future transaction with these scumbags........Good Luck Maj
