This is the third time I have tried to submit complaint. I like everyone else who I have read their complaint say exactly the same. Applied for free MONTH SAMPLE. Ticked "are you over 18 square " which apparently in very small print said that by ticking you were effectively giving them leave to withdraw further amounts. This I have established too late and when the theaft came to light, the 14 day limit had elapsed and they had withdrawn four different amounts almost totalling £400. Sadly I was unable to find any contact details, after investigation I found the Linithgow address. They returned my e.mail informing me that I had not cancelled so no refund would be available. My bank takes the same view and say "nothing is for nothing " do not accept that this is a scam..very, very unhappy, can you help ?
