Purchased a free trial where I only needed to pay S&H. Never received the trial sample but a month later received a package which contained 4 bottles and a bill for $148.96. I called the customer service number right away where the rep asked me for my client ID # which I don't have as I didn't sign up. I tried to explain to her and to tell her that I never received the trial sample and that I would like to know how I can get my money back as I will be sending these other bottles back! I was on the phone with her for an hour while she tried to pretend like she didn't know what I was talking about.. At the end she said she would have someone call me the next day.. I asked why she couldn't help me, isn't that what the reps are for? So infuriating!!! Nobody did call me back, I will be trying again tomorrow.. Anyone have ANY luck getting things sorted out with them?
