I signed up for a "free" trial and at that time I was only obligated to pay for shipping and handling. I was never directed to "agree" to terms and conditions, therefore I never agreed for replenishments. I only ordered this product because I had seen an ad claiming Dr. Oz was affiliated with this product. I told someone about it, and they warned me it may be a scam. After doing research, Ii was confirmed to be a scam, so when I got the product I immediately sent it back. Issue was when I got the product the invoice was very vague and there is no contact number listed anywhere. Not even on there website. I just returned back to the address it was send from. Anyway, I later found out I was charged $89. Then 2 weeks later I got another product to my house and was charged again $89. I called the number listed on my credit card statement and they were very rude. They said the never got the return and stupid me, i never saved the tracking number. i actually threw the other product away also when I got it a second time. Ugh...so annoyed. I called my bank and disputed the charges. They refunded me temp. but will look further into it. They also shut down my card, but I now need to change all my billing info. Ugh!!! Bottom line, I NEVER agreed to pay $178. This is a scam, total fraud. they should be locked up!!!!!
