I thought I was purchasing 3 bottles (@$29.60) get 2 Free. But I was misled all throughout the Process... even on the third screen where it was trying to get me to order more (which i denied it) it showed my total as $90 something (i fig there was tax or shipping). Then when I got to last screen it said $148 and it showed that I was enrolled in their monthly program which I had previously (and made sure I did) opted out of.
I immediately called the number on the page for Cust.Svc. The girl I spoke with told me I couldn't cancel order and that it was $29.60 x 5 for the $148. I told her it was falsely advertised and that i didnt want the product and that if she didnt cancel i would refuse package. She said if i did that i would have to pay $27 per bottle for restock fee. I asked about the whole 3X satisfaction gaurantee and that they aren't honoring any of that as well. She wouldnt let me talk to anyone above her.. she said they arent available and she's the one to talk to... After at least 45mins of me telling her that this was all illegal and standing my ground she then finally told me to hold and she put someone else ont he line. This person sounded American. She finally said she wld give me 40% ($59.20) back to help bring it back to the right price. But she told me I can't return it even if I'm not satisfied..?? Again where is my Guarantee??
I have continued to try and get someone to do a complete refund and to take them back -But they are being shady and won't do it. Also the 2nd woman said the return/restock fee is not $27 a bottle either.
I'm now stuck with these bottles and out $88.80 :( I don't know what elese to do??
