This company is a scam company as I have found out to my cost, a small cost but a cost none the less.
I paid them by Western Union (BIG MISTAKE - Do not do this). I even rang them before I made payment and they seemed genuine. Made Agreement that I would have goods in 3 days,

Once I paid them I got delay after delay and they sent me a tracking number that they said showed everything. It showed nothing. None of my details or package details on it.

Tried calling and emailing but got same reponse as previous poster. They would hang up phone and laugh etc. But going to stick with it until I get my money back in full as you cant let the scam companies win. The company also go by the name Shenzhen Wingsing Electronic Industry Co., Ltd

  • Sorry to hear that also. Yes I was only calling and emailing up to now but they were hanging up etc so going to step up actions in coming week. I am hiring a debt collection agency over there. I am also contacting the local police and also the cities public representatives so that they can chase these people down. Its a small amount of money but they cant rob it from people. So going to keep at these people if it takes forever. I am also going to get in touch with the website provider as that website should not exist to scam others. Stick with it as don't let them win. If they return the money then great, if not Ill just keep finding ways to make them pay it back. Might even get a trip to China from it as we are meeting other reputable companies over there soon. ANother idea is to get in touch with offices in same building and see do they actually exist in that building. the more information that can be got on these people the better. I have more options as well available to us which we are going to use. that is just a brief explanation.

    I forgot to say also that we registered the company with the business network database for European companies that trade with companies in china, so there will be thousands of companies that get this information automatically so will ensure these companies wont trade with wings-industry. We have also had a very brief chat with apple.s representatives and they are eager to talk to us so we will be talking to them late next week. They will not want their products counterfeited and were delighted that we got in touch with them. They would have a lot more powers to follow this up. So u might try sending them ur information also. If only wings-industry would refund my money and I would move on. We will see who is laughing in the end lol

    I made a report to Western Union. They told me there going to place this person on the blacklist. I also made a report to Alibaba, so there aware that this website is scamming honest people. This company just gives you the run around, I told them I wanted a refund and they told me send the item back and we will issue you a refund.

    Do a whois look up and you will get their contact details etc. There are more details given than for the wings-industry company.

  • She cheat us a few weeks ago.When i checked my emails,I find out that in the begening she contacted me from [email protected] by the time she chaged for other email adress as [email protected] it is her.I don't know what to do.We did T/T transfer.Even bank call her...she did't pick up her phone and than she called to bank and confirmed everything.Than we never got goods.

  • hi to all the above and sympathy with you all too. we were sent the usb as well and when we complained etc we were sent another parcel which we were able to track to the uk and was then promptly lost by the royal mail. it was probably another usb, however we actually paid to send the first usb back to them as they said it had been sent in error. to mark , is there any way we could add our weight to what you are doing in china in the hopes of getting our money back too. we are also still looking for a reputable supplier in this field.
    we were just trying to use what little savings we had to make a little money to improve our life a bit and this transaction with wings wiped us out.
