Like so many other complaints I've read, I, too, don't know who or what this company is, nor do I know how they got my debit card info. All I know is that they debited my bank account $19.65 some how. I called them and spoke to Ann Benavivea who is located in the Philipians and she asked for my last name. When I gave it to her, she was able to give me my first name and email address. How this company got all my information is beyond me. I did not make this purchase. Warning: they will take 19.65 out of your account every 60 days (according to the representative) if you don't cancel the transaction. Call them at 888-896-4942 and get a cancellation number and they claim they will credit my account in 3-5 days. Call your bank and speak to the fraud department.
