My daughter entered into a contract with this company to take her car from CA to FL. She made the $200.00 deposit. The day before her car was to be picked up they told her it would be at least another 7 to 10 days and it would be another $500.00. Since she did not have the money she cancelled the transaction and asked to be refunded her deposit. She contacted another company that was referred to her, that in fact picked up her car the next day and had it delivered earlier than promised. Transport Relief refused to refund her deposit and told her that no other company would be there to pick up her car the next day and that if they told her that they were scamming her. I had my daughter contact her bank to dispute the payment, as Transport Relief refused to refund her. Her bank returned her money and is waiting for response from Transport Relief and their bank. This company is a scam. Beware!!
