I was contacted by Liberty Unsecured and was told that I qualified for a $5,000.00 loan. I immediately called and talked to a Ms. Wenda Moore. She took down my information and called me back later to tell me that I had indeed been approved for the $5,000.00 and it was guaranteed. She said it would take 5-7business days to get the money into my account. In order to get the money, I had to pay a one time application fee of $499.28. She said it was refundable if something happened. I agreed as I needed the loan. I waited and another person from that company called me, his name was Mark. He took more information down and told me it would again be 5-7 business days to get the loan. The after 10 days of waiting they finally called me and told me that I would not get the loan after all as my credit score was too low. When I first applied they said the credit score did not matter and then it did. I am now trying to get my money back.

Update: 10/14/2013

I emailed the company and so far no response.
