My husband ordered me a handbag for $270.62 from pricelocker and fashion pay took the money out of his account ASAP . We got an order # 1022713795424785608 and the a week later fashion pay gave us a tracking# ln124035421cn the tracking # information never changed it keep saying the package is in china going through customs and I will receive it soon . It's been over a month and I have no handbag and we lost almost $300 .i emailed pricelocker and got no response and I emailed fashionpay and they keep saying be patient you'll get your order soon . I have no English phone number where I can call and talk to someone about this matter. We just want our full refund back but their is no one to help us from being scammed.
