I called to cancel on sept 2, 2013, only 3 days after recieving my 10 day trial, they give me the cancellation number and assured me that it would not come out of my acct. the $148.95 came out of my acct on the 3rd of September! And it caused an overdraft!!!! I have been calling weekly since the money came out of my acct. they keep telling me that it should b in there within 3-5 business days, this FREE trial has costed me over $200 and there is still no guarantee that I will receive my money back. I have talked to a supervisor, but they refuse to let me speak to someone above them. I just want what's fair and rightfully mine back. Can someone help me????

I have tried to contact the better business bureau on this matter, I have gotten 2 numbers for them, but both seems to b disconnected, would anyone happen to have a number that I can reach them at?
