we have purchased eyeglasses from oakleystore.org.uk as it was showed in their website of having a massive sale for one day only. the website looks authentic and reliable. at first a customer agent emailed us and said they shipped the items already and they will provide us the tracking number soon. i kept on following it up as we have paid 303.57 australian dollars for those items. however, upto this moment no tracking numbers provided. today, i received email from realypay stating that oakleystore.org.uk have shipped the items. realypay provided another order number and not a tracking number. when i open their website it is on chinese characters which i cannot understand. i tried to log in in oakleystore.org.uk but safari could find the website. i hope that we can prevent this to happen. i hope that they will give our money back or deliver the items we purchased. very sad... :(
