Though I have better use for my money now,
when I saw the site hype, and a trial purchase
at such a bargain, I couldn't pass up the chance.
But, the frustrating problems began immediately.
The site links wouldn’t work. The main one was
completely dead; and another link took me to their regular site with full the purchase price.
Then a chat lead me to another false site page.
After much frustration, I managed to obtain the 30 day free trial for just $4.25 in shipping.
But, who knew more problems were to follow?
When I checked my online checking account,
I was shocked to discover the $189 charge, also!
I called the next business day, only to hear their ridiculous excuses. She claimed they must charge people the full purchase price as a test,
“to prevent fraud, verifying who used the card”.
Excuse me?! I don't think so!!!!
An honest company made two charges under
a dollar, specifically 14 and 32 cents - and instantly withdrew them, so that I never lost a cent for a full minute. In this case, they had zero need to "test" a penny, let alone $189 -
as the $4.25 proved it was a working account -
but not who used the card!
When I said I needed my money, she told me the
extravagant charge would drop off within 5 days.
When I told her I needed my money now,
she said it was up to the bank, not them.
There was absolutely no reasoning with her;
She refused to acknowledge my questions,
let alone answer them.
She only repeated her script endlessly,
like a robot, with a stubborn, cold voice.
Eventually, the full charge was withdrawn,
so I didn’t have to worry about my real bills. Using wisdom, I called to cancel and get an RAN.
CellLife definitely doesn’t produce enough
miraculous results to make it worth it to me,
at this time, to throw away that kind of money.
I’m living on “starvation wages”, or SSI.
Unfortunately, it was a bad week, with
strange things happening to me and my mate.
The tube disappeared - who knows where.
Did my mate throw the nearly empty tube?
I called for help, saying I needed to talk
with someone who had the authority to help me.
All I got was more run-around.
The clerk followed her script relentlessly,
making excuses, subornly refusing to help.
Ever notice how virtually all companies today
are so identical that it’s as if they are
just another head on the same monster?
The same hour long video, or 20 page long hype,
the same “standard practice” of “laws”?
It really ticks me off when companies do things
like force us to waste precious time, trouble,
and money; going to the post office and insuring
our “garbage” back to the companies’ state!
I can throw away my own garbage, thanks.
Logic, reason, and fairness dictate that when one calls and cancels, it should then be over!
Again, this clerk did nothing but argue;
repeatedly pretending I didn’t have a situation,
failing to listen, telling me that if I didn’t
return the tube, I would be charged for it -
Yes, that’s right, the crooks don’t “ask” for
your money - they just take it! When she finally
got it that I had no tube to return, she came up
with another idea for getting money from people.
She said I’d be “billed” $94.50 (No,charged!),
for the 2nd half of the tube - as they sent a
60 da supply! Excuse me?! I don’t remember that,
perhaps because it makes no sense. Why wouldn’t
they send a 30 day supply for a 30 day trial?
Just more senseless excuses. More importantly,
she refused to give a me name or to put me through to a CEO or supervisor or anyone;
saying they'd tell me the same thing. Again,
she repeated that they have a “strict policy” -
now, don’t you mean “very stubborn” and greedy?
Again, this clerk just kept arguing, that is,
stubbornly repeating herself in a cold voice.
There is no reasoning with these jerks.
Luckily, I have another account, so I don’t have too much danger of them stealing from my account and causing me severe complications. However, I will be unable to use this account, my primary account,
until I get this matter straightened out.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
