International boundaries
As with previous complaints, we went through google and clicked what appeared to be the official ESTA site. Didn't notice the $140 as opposed to $14 (obviously an intentional move on their part in the hope people won't notice the extra zero).
We immediately tried calling and emailing following the submission in the hope of cancelling, but now having read their T&C's I have very little hope of getting that money back.
