I didn't see anything about trial membership. Dr. Oz shouldn't have recommended this to people without telling about the membership. The customer service rep was repetitive stating that I had not cancelled my trial membership in time. She said I should have called sooner. After she agreed to give me my money back (we'll see if that actually happens, however) she kept offering me subscription after subscription, trial offer after trial offer, telling me to go get my credit card to confirm the account Rudely persistent. I had to hang up. We'll see if I can get the charges reversed once I've returned the product. VERY MISLEADING ADVERTIZING, VERY HARD-SALE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP who wouldn't take no for an answer. I told her I saw them on ScamBook and I wanted to speak to her supervisor - that's when she relented.
