I placed an order for the above product on the above date, it was supposedly a free trial,I had to pay postage and packaging up front which I was happy to do. I therefore submitted my bank details for the said postage and packaging. Upon receiving my pills, I read the imformation which is as follows. 14 days from placing my order, if I'm happy,they will charge me £69.97. not happy with that I read on, if unhappy, which I am, I was to phone customer services and cancel, tried phoning, spoke to a person who didn't sound like customer services, just got a few grunts, then I was disconnected
I am now at a loss as to what to do, I don't want to be charged this extortionate amount fot something I believed to be free. I shall contact my bank to see if I can get the payment stopped before they take it.
