Visted a website that offered a free sample of two diet products, Cleanse First and Raspberry Gold Plus, total shipping cost approx 9 dollars. A month later found I had been debited for 305 dollars. The website did not make it clear (unless in small print), that if you did not cancel within 14 days this would happen. Also the website crashed after I placed the order, so I could not see any post order info that may or may not have been on the site. Contacted the company and cancelled any future debits, but even though I offered to sen d back the samples (unopened), they refuse to refund, siting their terms and conditions, and also refuse to allow me to speak to anyone other than the person who operated the phone.
