They call and leave messages on the main phone for our branch stating my name and that there is legal action against me and for me or my attorney to call them immedaitely. You can't get them to answer the phone number they leave. Say something about a restraining order. Anyway, I don't owe them and I'm sick of them leaving my business on somebody else's phone. It is embarrassing and they are scammers.

- I had the same phone message on October 14 and when I contacted them they had a name, address and last 4 digits of a social security number of a relative. I did not volunteer any information except to say their info was wrong. The reply was that I should disregard the message. This is definitely a scam.
