I just purchased a pair of Ecco shoes on http://www.eccoshoesretailstore.com, and paid trough sslbillpay. Received a pay confirmation saying the amount went to maccosmeticsamerica.com. And the name on the credit statement is something completely different - SZ Silver funda Technology Co.,Ltd.
I got suspicious after that and searched for all these companies on google and ended up here.
So, still to early to actually complain, but I guess I will never get those shoes. I called my bank but it was too late to cancel payment, but I blocked my credit card, and I am getting a new one just in case.
