I had tried the sample bottle and it didn't work for my body. When I received my bill there was a charge of $88.92, I called to cancel, they said a credit will be coming. I then received my next months bill and they gave me the credit but then charged me for another months pills. I spoke with them again today, and they said there is nothing that can be done about this charge because it was for the previous months billing. They are nothing but a rip off company.
