I ordered Burberry sunglasses on Opticsfast (www.opticsfast.com) they charges me in 139$ and i did not receive my item yet.
they are fraud people in all mail they are telling lies.
After 2 weeks from my order they wrote me that they have no option of color. Based on this situation that they are holding my item i accept with different color. Now it lasts more than month and there is no hope of shipping.
they told me 3 times that my item has shipped but they did not gave me tracking number.
this is the most terrible site and costumer service i have ever seen before.
please help me dealing with this.
