I ordered a teacup flower arrangement with a mylar balloon and baby's breath, which I paid extra for same day delivery, and it never showed up. I have emailed and called twice and no email response and the answering service said to call back during business hours. They charged me $28.50 in hidden delivery fees that were not disclosed in the subtotal. After the flowers did not arrive, I got to looking online at the COUNTLESS complaints with this company and realized I had been scammed.
