I joined this penny auction and after the first hour or so I felt very uncomfortable about this site...there is something wrong here...I was under the impression my initial money would go to purchases of items won...but the one of the items i won? at the auction was not the same as i was shown when i went to pay for the item..it was a switch....I do want to say being i just bought into this sight...i immediatily called my credit card company...they got a hold of dealfun.com and we had a three was conversation on the phone...I believe because of the support of my credit card company I was told I will have a credt of 119.00 (my initial investment?)in 7 to 10 days...my credit card company being they were on the phone line with me recorded everything...so they said if I didnt get the credit they would have proff of arrangments made...Perhaps this will help some other people that get their item switched also..and they can get out of this penny auction as i did with my money being returned...my email is (Personal Information Removed) if you have any questions please email me...regards anita huckins

We do not believe in a "got you" attitude as we believe that is not the long term way of doing business.

    Also, just so we may be able to research the problem you faced, if you could give us some details on the auction you saw as being switched it would be of help to us. We can assure you there is no such intention from our side, as we would like most of our consumers to win and take home the product they bid for. However, we are not completely ruling out a tech
