Advertisement is misleading, and their trial period was not as promised. Customer service representatives all gave different information each time. I placed an order for a free trial through Max Garcinia Burn on 8-31-2013. I never received an email confirmation of the order, so I called Customer Service on 9-3-2013 which she stated that it may take a couple days to receive the email confirmation. That right there was the first sign I should have known better. The days pass and I never received any notification, and on 9-11-2013 I received a package in the mail with the products (4 bottles). They offer a "10 day trial" but the next day on 9-12-2013 they charged my credit card with the full amount of $148.95. I contacted customer service via email twice about the charges and they never responded. So I tried the product on 9-12-203 and after the second day my stomach started getting upset and started have a lot of heartburn and acid reflux. On 9-17-2013 I contacted customer service via phone and person gave me incorrect information of the usage, which was different than what the bottle states, and also tells me that I was charged because I had ordered the product on 9-02-2013 and they charge 10 days later, and I explained that I received the package on 9-11-2013 evening and they didn't care. I explained that the product was making me sick and the representative got very defensive. Even to return the product he said that when they receive the products they will issue a return 5-7 business days later. I returned the product, out of my cost, and purchased tracking with the package so I saw that they received the package on 9-23-2013. I called customer service again on 9-26-2013 and the representative says that she doesn't know if they received the returned product so I provided the tracking number and she said that they did receive it on 9-23-2013 to their warehouse and that it would take 5-7 business days to verify the product at the warehouse and then 3-5 business days for my refund. She said that she would make a note with all the tracking information in the system so they would not have to ask for that information again. The whole process and dealing with customer service has been very horrible, and I'm already disgusted with everything, their lateness in shipping, charging before time, the quality of product, and side effects, and also with the customer service, and that each time I call they give different information. Today 10-09-2013, 13 business days later I call customer service again because I still haven't received my refund. The representative now asks me again for the shipping information when it was suppose to be in their system already. She tells me I am still not on their return list, and it's been 13 business days, when they told me that it would be up to 12 business days between return and refund, but now she states that in their policy it states that it can take up to 30 days to give a refund. This is the first time ever that I have heard a company take 30 days to issue a refund, and not only that, the other representatives gave me other information. I'm very upset with the whole situation, and ask for a supervisor and they give me the run-around. Also, every single person I spoke to in customer service was a foreigner and I would ask where there customer service locations was and they would all say Utah, which I'm not discriminatory but it all seems a lie to me, everything they said and even promised. After ordering the product I have read some reviews of people that have had similar problems, and I think everyone should know this about this company, it is almost a scam. I have never had such a negative and horrible experience with any product up to now. Everything has been very shady. Their advertisement is very misleading and the information they provide is never the same on the product nor what their customer service representatives say. This company and product needs to be investigated, and I want my refund back as soon as possible. I cant't believe that magazines and even a tv show will advertise this product.
