- Did you see their website before you gave a stranger your credit card? If you get their number, call unsucessfully to dispute the charge, or mail a letter ti the company, you can give copy or info ob tbe attempted call, your credit card conpany can put into dispute, freeze the charge, and crwdit you by ypthe second credit card bill.
