I ordered the free trail in August 2013 and only had to pay the shipping and handling. On September 10 and October 7th I received charges on my credit card of $95.99 each. I called my credit card company to see what they were and even they could not find any contact information for this company (shows up on the credit card statement as Ngarciniaelite London 000). I looked up the website and sure enough there is no phone number, only an e-mail address. I went ahead and sent an e-mail to the company demanding that my money be refunded to my credit card and ensuring them I have not recevied any other bottles besides my free trial. I have yet to hear back. I will give it 48 hours and then I'm filing a fraud charge on them.
