I ordered 2 FREE trial samples and paid £4.95 and £2.99 for shipping. I received the 2 products of Equinox Day and Night and RVTL Anti Aging creams. My bank informed me that they had deducted £95.95 and £99.95 on 2nd October 2013. I am shocked as I did not sign up to this, just to the shipping costs as I wanted to try out these products. This is a scam, it is deceitful and I wish to warn others about this. How do we get out money back?
