Blizzard White & Bella @ Home

I requested a free trial from Blizzard white in conjuction with Bella@home on a social network site Facebook. It was stated that only postage had to be paid, however, a week later £55.00 came out of my account and 2 days late £56.00 came out, one payment to Blizzard and another to Bella.

Under no circumstances did I sign to pay any monies to these companies. I repeatedly emailed them, however, they only informed me that I needed to phone them in order to get a reference for a successful return. They also informed me that the package must be returned unopened to receive a full credit, what kind of trial is this.

Anyway after 100s emails and several phone calls I have been promised by Blizzard White a full refund but I am struggling to contact Bella at Home as the telephone number is International and for some reason I can not get through. I think these 2 companies are the same, therefore, why can Blizzard authorise the 2nd refund or even put me through to th relevant department.

I think this behaviour should be stopped and I would appreciate if someone could help me contact Bella at home in order to receive a full refund.

Social Networking sites should not be used to con ordinary people out of hard earned cash.
