I bought a down coat from this website costing and than got a confirmation mail from sslbillpayment.com, after a week I contacted them again because of my order, they just told me that they have already shipped, but untill now I haven´t receive any items. Than I contacted them again, they just keep telling me that they are going to refund, but untill now I have not received anything yet.
