Order trial bottle of pills. They arrived whilst on holiday for two weeks, found when I returned that they had sent a full bottle and said as I had not returned the remainder after 15 days I would be charged for the full amount. They did not state this at the time of ordering. I have not taken any yet, only arrived home last night. This in my opinion is fraud. Any suggestions in claiming my money back please?

- i placed an order with starplaces they took £200 from my account and iv rang them as i received nothing i was told id get a refund but im still waiting i spoke to jane bailey when i did get through and i was told id get a refund in full which im still waiting for its a con ....
