I placed an order for a Clarisonic Mia Skin Cleaning System on 8/8/2013. I wrote the company to check on my order on 8/27 and they responded on 8/28 saying it was backordered and they would send it out that week or early the next week. Nothing showed up. On September 18, I wrote them again and said I wanted the product or I wanted a refund and now they have gone silent.
