Company failed to provide prior communication about merchandize being out of stock for nineteen days until I contacted them; this was further compounded by the fact that charges had been made right away to my credit card on the very same day the merchandize was out of stock--until today. Not a good way of doing business at any retail store, and much less in the internet. Look around and see how other companies effectively provide information on availability from the get-go. A decent company does not charge until the merchandize becomes available. So, I certainly do not wish to do business with "Delectably Yours" ever again.
