While visiting a federal retirement website, I followed a link to a page with another link for seniors who wanted to make income from home. This company had placed an ad there for earning money from home by learning to post links online to one's own website, claiming one could earn a sum well over a thousand dollars a month working part-time from home. Recently retired and reeling from unexpected medical, dental and legal expenses that left me with a suddenly high debt to income ratio and a lowered FICO, I explained to the salesmen who was asking how much income I was looking for that I didn't need or want to earn more than 1K per month. He seemed so nice and understanding, I told him I about my limited fixed retirement income, my mortgage with little equity and many years to go and that I'd been so frugal my only car was over 20 years old with no A/C for over five years and that I was struggling every day with a chronic condition to regain my health. I asked if he was telling me the truth and he assured me that he was. He said his eighty-five year old mother was going to buy one of the affiliate marketing websites. I told him I couldn't afford the site which he recommended so he said he would discount it for me and add more stores for $299, assuring me that I would make the money back in the first payment electronically deposited to my banking account in the first couple of months, avg of one to three thousand dollars...He and the other salesman I spoke with next said there was a 99.8 success rate.
I fell for it because I wanted to be successful rather than struggling in the eyes of my family. I called the company so I could begin the coaching ASAP but they kept me like a fish on the line for two weeks. I had lost a lot of sleep and was exhausted from a personal legal ordeal with an aggressive neighbor. The "coaching" was switched out with more upselling. By the time they were done with me they had taken a total of 7,399 off my credit card that was electronically deposited to A.C.C.S., a Scottsdale, AZ mobile phone belonging to one Heather Hagan, the same person who applied for the licensing of her limited liability corporation, "formed new" on 6/05/13. One of the salesman, Stan Davis, who had told me he had an advanced degree in marketing and would be my personal coach, told me the company had been in business since 2006 or 2007 when I asked him the question, My assigned "coach" told me the license was an annual renewal. After more postponed coaching I checked with WA Secretary of State on 9/26 and found out that the company had lied to me. I would never have purchased anything from them had I known that the company was only a month and three days old when I signed on. I had done a quick check and found nothing on RipOffReport or Scambusters before signing.
On 8/02/2013 Heather Caldwell of Nationwide Marketing Alliance in Scottsdale, AZ had signed me on for six weeks of coaching, a charge that had not gone through because the card was cancelled. Perhaps an alias? Do not trust this company with any of your money. I wish I had finished reading Life Code by Dr. Phil before dealing with this company. I never would've made the terrible mistake of trusting a stranger, sight unseen, with my finances.
