I have complained before. Update, when I ring them (sounds like overseas but they tell me Punchbowl Sydney), the line keeps cutting out. I ring back again and again and get the runaround. To anyone considering using this company, don't pay them anything because from my experience you will get nothing of value for your agreed upon order. They just hope you will give up on seeing your money back or getting the job.
They are obviously scammers!!
