I recently noticed that a sum of 68 pounds, 23pence was taken out of my Barclay debit card ending with 2137.This money was taken from my account without my consent and without me actually obtaining a loan from your company. As a result of this, I have unfortunately gone over my over draft limit, leaving important items like my home and content insurance unpaid.
I am requesting that this money is transferred immediately back to my account without any further delay.
