However, there is no such office.
As I researched some more, this company uses Dr. Oz's statements about this product online on Shape magazine, Men's health mag.
This must be a bait and switch technique this company uses to gain money from consumers and tricking consumers about the product or free offer.

  • I too have the same issue as above, Filed a fraud complaint w/ the federal internet fraud dept. www.3c.org, ordered on 10/5/2013 and by 10/12//2014 there was a pending charge for 105.95 on my bank acct., the mailer w/ the trail sample comes w/ a return address in Savanah, GA. and my electronic receipt had a bogus phone number 800-650-6914. No receipt inside mailer w/ customer service contact information. This company uses stall tactics to squeeze through their little loophole in order to delay customers from being able contact customer service dept. and initiate a cancellation or return. taking a stab in the dark contacted the company listed above and lo and behold, they had all my information. It is the classic bait and switch, my bank is also filing an internet fraud claim on my behalf. I have also filed w/ the BBB in Traverse City MI. their customer service dept, told me the procedure to get a refund would take about 30 days to get a refund , of which will cost me to return product w/ tracking number and minus a restocking charge, or option 2, I could opt for a 50% refund now and keep the product when it arrives, which makes no sense. why would I want to keep something I don't want for the cost of over 50 bucks? I am going to actively campaign against this company in my websites and blogs as well on Facebook and Twitter and encourage everyone else who has been tricked to do so as well. please note also that this company uses 3 different landing sites, one for ordering the trail sample, 2nd one is customer service/ contact page , and the 3rd is the terms and conditions page. PURE AND SIMPLE FRAUD, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, you can order from Amazon.com, who has a no hassle returns policy, GNC or your local health food store also carries this product, buy from them it's cheaper
