I ordered and paid for some UGG boots for my grandaughter for Christmas. I received a parcel containing an empty cardboard box with customs duty owing on it.
The parcel was sent by DHL from a MR LEE in CHINA.
The DHL driver and I discussed the situation and I refused delivery or to pay the Customs duty owing.
Obviously I want my money back but think that I have more chance of growing wings and flying!
