This took place December 2012. When speaking with these people, I was lead to believe I must purchase the package offered and there was no other choice. I found out later this is not so. But even after the purchase my corporate papers were sent to me with a typo.This was before the Christmas season. I was told I could call anytime. I must have called over 50 times. Their answering machine would not even take a call. After 10 days someone actually answered. I finally got the revised paperwork after the first of the year. I had to wait on it before I could get a business license.I was assigned a "coach" who would contact me at least once a week or I could call or email at anytime. After 3 weeks of emails and phone calls with no reply I called their main line and found out this person had quit some weeks earlier. No one told me and no one new had been assigned to me. At that time they asked for more money and I told them what they could do with it. They Incorporated me which I will give them %1,000 (that's $900 too much) but I want my other back. They offered me no alternative and gave me absolutely no help. They should be shut down by some legal means.
