When ordering this product you are given a 14 day free trial after which you will be charged. The free trial period is obviously not long enough to see any results but worse than that is you will not receive the product until the 14 day period is over and the free trial begins from the date the order is placed. I pointed this out to the customer service Rep when I called to cancel and she did not seem surprised that this had happened and the only recourse she offered was to give a discount off the next order, as if there would be another $77.86 charge for a product that doesn't work. This company is not working on return business.
