This morning while checking my Discover acct. online I noticed two charges on my account one for $39.95 from RFP 877-367-9491 ST AUGUSTINE FL and another for $29.99 from WLK 877-367-4420 NEWPORT NEWS VA. I knew I had not ordered anything from anyone online on Oct.1, 2013. Upon further investigation I went back through all of my statements until I found the first charges which occurred in December 2012. The total amount I have been charged thus far is $699.40. When I call the numbers listed all I get is "We're sorry, all circuits are busy." I have never ordered anything that would incur a recurring charge every month for the last 10 months. How am I supposed to dispute the charges if I can't get through to the number listed on the credit card statement? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and useful.
