I received a special promotion on my mail for Elmo bag with few book in just $3.99 so I placed an online order but they did not sent any confirmation email yet and also no tracking of my order. I am not sure what they will do after 3 weeks as another automatic shipment will be ready. Though I couldn't talk to their customer care so I thought searching something about it and saw another complaint here and that created tension to me. Writing this to let others know that DO NOT place any such orders ever.
