on march29th 2012 i was charged79.00 for something i did not order. then again in oct 2012. i did not notice this until april of 2013 on my card statement which i then placed a complaint with my card co. they investigated and you told them it was something that had been ordered. at that time i cancelled that card and recieved a new one. now again on my new card which has a complete new number i find the same charge of 79.00. i dont know what this chargee is for i did not order aanything that had a membership that charged 79.00 every 6 months. i would like you to produce the records of what this charge is for and i would like to be reimburred my money for all payments made to you since march of 2012 because what ever it was for i didn't recieve it and i have never used it. i have ordered anything through you since last year. i did however spend a pretty large amount of money through amazon for tv's and a lot of other electronics and etc. i would like a response asap please because these charges have caused me to be short money on other bills and things that i had to pay. since im widowed now i have a very limited income.

i also am curious as to how you are charging a complete new card for these charges. i also have a 39.96 on march 29th 2012 i didn't order.
