Placed an order for a supplement on 9/17/2003 for @21.00. My credit card was charged the next day. Also received an order confirmation. After a week, I sent an email and asked about shipping/tracking information--NO REPLY. After 4 more days, I sent another email and told them I was contacting the BBB and my credit card company--THEN I got a reply! They were shipping it out right away, and I finally received my order on 10/3/2003. Two weeks with no communication is no way to do business. It appeared that they had no intention of shipping my order until they were threatened.
