I ordered Garcina Cambogia and I called to cancel before i even received the product i was told to send it back when i received it and i would not be charged. I received the product on Sept. 23rd and i sent it back the same day got my tracking # and estimated time that they should receive the product which was the 26th of Sept.so i call the 1-855-847-8511 on the 28th to see if it was received. they asked for the tracking # i gave it to them and she told me it was received so i would not be charged anything on my card so today is Oct. 3rd and i see a charge on my cc for 65.95 so after i find out it was for the Garcina Cambogia I called them and they told me that there was no record of me calling the last call in there system was from Sept. 17th when i cancelled so they said they had no knowledge of me being told they received the product. they asked will who did u speak 2 I did not get the reps. name, so i gave them the tracking # and they also confirmed that they do have it so why was my card charged and I called to cancel in time and they received their product a whole week before they charged my card! then they tell me that it will take up to 30days to get my money back I got both the names of the rep. and supervisor that i spoke with 2day and I told them 2 erase my card # out of their system because they are fraud and i do not wanna do business with them so now i have to wait to receive my money back hopefully this would be resolved I will post back with a follow up. This is a scam so people beware!!
