I signed up for Grant Assist. I paid their initial fee, but then they turned around and charged me $53 for a service I didn't even know I was getting. I did not authorize that charge. It was a scam and I wish I had known. I am devastated and my bank account overdrawn. I am trying to get my money back, but don't know how. I wish I knew who to ask about this.
