My husband n I ordered 2 pairs of classic red toms on September 3rd. We waited a whole month to receive the shoes only to find out they're the wrong ones. We got some horrible looking bleached toms. I sent an email to them only to get a response stating something I can't understand and that they're giving us 10% off for our next purchase. I want my money back or a speedy exchange.
