Subscribed to "free" trial - 10 day trail offer, only need to pay S&H of $2.95, received what I thought was the free trail cream, when in fact they are telling me I was suspose to return unused portion to them as in small print somewhere in ad, which I didnot see anyplace in ad. they automatically charged my credit card for the full price of a regular order after 10 days passed. I contacted my credit card to dispute charges, however they could not credit the amount back to my account because I had agreed to the terms. The auraVie representative said the unused portion could not be returned and therefore could not refund the $97.88, but could they would credit my credit card $30 for my trouble. I also verified my trial subscription was indeed cancelled.
