I hired them in January to build an e-commerce website. It was supposed to take 2 weeks. Needless to say, it's October 2nd and I still have no website. They rely on people who want to trust and not pester (that's me). I always give the benefit of the doubt and want to allow for creativity. Now, it appears I gave a stranger almost $1,000 for doing nothing for me! They refused to allow me to speak to the web designer, I was only allowed to communicate via their update section. So by the time September rolled around, I knew I was scammed after I spoke to "Mark". "James Barker" was my contact person for design. I think those are made up names... Anyway, I tried to get help from PayPal but to no avail. I was too patient with them and waited too long to retrieve my money via a dispute. I'd love to sue them but it will cost me $$$ in attorney fees. I would love a suggestion!
