I applied for a loan online. I received a phone call from Mark Watson. He told me I was approved for $8500. But because of my poor credit scored I needed to show proof of funds for first payment. Therefore I needed to buy a moneypak card. I loaded the card with a total of $458.00. Now the card is empty and he is telling to that the bank put a hold on my account because of tax issue. Now he wants to Western Union the money but I must pay the Western Union fee of $358.00. I said how about if I want to just cancel. He said it was not possible and it would be difficult to get my moneypak money back.
